Nerve reflex points for the brachial plexus

Nerve Reflexology provides the ability to work directly with the nerves supplying the shoulder. 

By pressing these points you may reduce muscle tension and pain from all the structures of the shoudler girdle.


Nerve Reflexology changes the firing rate of nerves, and the effects therefore show up immediately.

Shoulder reflex on the lower leg

In the Karl-Axel Lind method system II, the whole body is found reflected in the lower leg and foot. The foot reflects the head and the rest of the body is found in lower leg.

A shoulder reflex is situated on the lateral aspect of the fibula at a level four fingerwidths above the medial malleolus. On the inside of the lower leg this level refers to the 7th cervical vertebra (C7).

Shoulder problems tend to be complex in nature and because they often develop slowly, it is important to be able to identify the early signs and symptoms.
