The Brain and Internal Organs – Their Reflexive Symptoms
We are proud to present Anna-Kaarina Lind in the studio again!
Based on several different reflexology microsystems, this webinar explores the complex connections and mutual influences between the brain and the body's internal organs.
The popularity of the Lind Method stems from the fact that each microsystem provides its own perspective on the condition of the body.
Reflexive Symptoms
A central premise of the Lind Method is that when one area of the body is strained or injured, other areas may be reflexively affected and develop symptoms. This reflexive influence is due to overlapping microsystems, where a kind of "competitive situation" arises between the reflex zones.

Example
In System 2 of the Lind Method, the entire foot reflects the head, and here we find an overlap between the zones for the brain's temporal lobe and the stomach as it is reflected in System 1.
In a person with a high level of stress, the temporal lobe will be affected, and since the body always prioritizes the brain over the internal organs, there will be less "reflex energy" available to the stomach. This can lead to symptoms such as gastritis, stomach ulcers, poor digestion, etc.
During the webinar, Anna-Kaarina Lind will demonstrate how to use these connections therapeutically, and you will learn techniques and reflexes from both System 1 and System 2.
Ear Reflexology – New Perspectives
The ears form their own microsystems that reflect the entire body.
We work with both the classic ear map (System 1), known to many from Paul Nogier, and with System 2, where the entire ear functions as a detailed zone map of the brain.
The Lind Method – Whole-Body Reflexology
In the Lind Method, reflexes located on various parts of the body are used – from the feet and legs to the face, back, and ears. This has earned the method the nickname whole-body reflexology.
In Finland, Anna-Kaarina Lind has further developed the reflexology concepts originally formulated by the Swedish pioneer Karl-Axel Lind. The result is the unique treatment system known today as the Lind Method.
