Nerve Reflex Points for Hip and Knee

Working NR-points for nerves supplying the joints facilitates immediate pain relief and muscle relaxation.

The medial aspects of hip and knee are innervated by the obturator nerve, the ventral side by the femoral nerve and the dorsal and lateral parts by the sciatic nerve.

Medial Knee Pain

The most common knee pains are located on the medial side. We will show how to distinguish between  pains caused by menisci, ligaments and muscle attachments.

A very common condition is irritation of the so-called "goose foot" - the common insertion of the sartorius, gracilis and semitendinosus muscles on the medial side of the tibia.

Bursitis - Common and Overlooked

Inflammation of one of the many bursae located in the hip area is quite common. But often symptoms are diffuse and similar to pains caused by problems in the joint, muscles or ligaments.

You will learn the location of major bursae and how to examine and treat them.
