What if we understood the body as an orchestra?
Not one orchestra, but countless orchestras within orchestras.
In the first webinar of the Energy Anatomy series, we use sound and frequency as a gateway to understanding this remarkable organization of the living body.
Sound gives us something we can hear and experience directly: vibration becoming pattern, resonance connecting separate systems, and many individual frequencies combining into something larger and more complex - a coherent whole.
A single musician produces a sound. An orchestra produces something that cannot be understood by studying each instrument in isolation.
Could biology work in a similar way?

We will explore some of the fundamental principles of sound: frequency, wavelength, harmonics, interference, resonance and entrainment — not simply as acoustic phenomena, but as concepts that can help us think differently about biological organization.
- How do billions of individual components coordinate their activity?
- How does information travel between different levels of biological organization?
- And how does the body maintain coherence while constantly adapting to its surroundings?
Along the way, we will look at experiments, research and historical ideas that suggest that understanding the body purely through chemistry may leave out an important part of the picture.
We will also touch on cymatics, music, therapeutic sound and vibration, and ask what their effects may reveal about the body's sensitivity to frequency and resonance.
For over 25 years, I have explored how energy fields may shape our biology, drawing on sources both old and new. My curiosity has always centred on one question: how do therapies such as reflexology work at a physiological and biophysical level?
